Our Accounts Receivable team sits under our global revenue management team. Our team closely partners with our global business development, and supports multiple corporate-facing and customer-facing business lines of the company.
**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to help us supporting our EU business. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be the point of contact for customer's and internal stakeholder's inquiries about contracts approval, billing queries, consumption and many other Finance questions. The daily routine involves contract approval, invoicing, debt collection and other AR related tasks. As part of a team in our rapidly growing business, this individual will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and will help shape efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review EU business revenue contracts, especially financial terms.
- Review the process of refunds, top-ups, etc. to ensure financial compliance.
- Debt collection management and business data report management.
- Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development.
- Perform Collection, Cash allocation, Invoicing and other tasks related to AR.
- Build/optimize processes, specifications, related templates, etc.
- Support the headquarters finance team as requested.
- Provide relevant support to the business department as necessary.
- Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
- Strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in Europe; have experience in AR and debt collection.
- European/internationally renowned university bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting, preferably with local certificate/qualification.
- 3 years or so of European work experience, preferably with International Internet advertising revenue experience.
