**Role |**

**Responsibilities |**
- Reconcile invoices and bills and verify balances to general ledger
- Participate in Accounts Receivables monthly close process
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals, and preparing reports
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
- Reconcile cash for all operating accounts on a monthly basis
- Support in relationship with our Fiscal consultant on all tax matters
- Track revenue performance of apartments
- Assist and execute routine month-end accounting functions with the external accountant (recording of accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations, etc.)
- Record of related journal entries
- Produce reports needed for quarterly board meetings, monthly investor reports, and weekly KPI tracking

**Requirements |**:

- You have at least 6 months of experience in Accountingand/or AR Specialist roles
- Advanced microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to log and process large amounts of data
- Confortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experience in early or mid-stage startup is a plus
- Accounting certification is a plus
