This EMEA-wide marketing role will be integral to supporting the growth of DXC Technology in our Insurance portfolio across the region, by aligning to business priorities and executing upon a regional Insurance marketing strategy that is aligned to the DXC strategy and transformation journey.

This regional marketing role will report on a daily basis to the head of portfolio and demand marketing for the EMEA region. You will work closely and directly with the Insurance portfolio leadership and sales teams to drive plans and programs.

The role extends all service areas of the Enterprise Technology Stack. It requires you to work across all areas of marketing and communications and across the different steps in the customer lifecycle: awareness, knowledge, consideration, preference and loyalty.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and measurement of programs and targeted campaigns. This will require:

- Smart leverage of the resources in the EMEA/global teams, digital marketing, events, design, etc.
- “Scrumming” with corporate teams to combine the global strength of DXC with segment specific knowledge.
- Mobilizing the relevant internal groups to understand, support and/or activate the program in the market and with customers.

**Specifically, responsibilities will include**:
Focus on the customer:

- Thought leadership: understand industry trends, customer issues and requirements
- Optimise global/regional campaigns with Insurance industry lens and develop net-new content as appropriate
- Coordination and collaboration with platinum accounts to leverage the best of MarCom programs and inform future campaign development
- Adapt programs to ABM-type/1:few marketing programs and drive demand generation to originate pipeline and support customer retention across the Insurance portfolio
- Creation and communication of customer win and success collateral in collaboration with the reference team/content hub

Seize the market:

- Multi-channel campaigns to promote DXC offerings specific to Insurance customers
- Identification of, management and attendance at selected external events, both virtual and in-person
- Link with DXC’s associated business groups to align and guide the DXC position and proposition in the Insurance market

Inspire and take care of our people:

- Embody our core values by helping to establish and evolve internal and external Insurance communities.

**You will**:

- Work alongside leadership and other key stakeholders to understand the portfolio business goals, and help define strategic marketing direction
- Become an advisor and the principle point of contact for marketing and comms topics relevant to the Insurance market
- Work with colleagues to tailor and execute global campaigns, or create innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives that support demand generation and cross-selling opportunities, drawing on expertise within the marketing team and external agencies to optimise investment and help position DXC in the market
- Measure and report on campaign performance, using outcomes to improve on future campaigns
- Manage budgets to ensure investment is fully optimised

- Pipeline and opportunity development in existing and target customers
- Total contract value (TCV) influenced
- References - number of internal and external stories developed
- Customers - number opted in to engage in marketing programs

**Requirements**:
The role requires a dynamic marketing professional who can build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment.
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or marketing
- Understanding of insurance market
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly resourceful, resilient, and creative
- Ability to create and maintain informal networks
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment
