**Mission & Proposal**:
IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its Business Information & Digital Services division is looking for a Solution Architect. This will be a key role tasked with engaging in the most complex projects at the design phase, leading the technical and functional stakeholders to ensure a complete solution design package and implementation plan is drawn, that meets the intended business goals and overall strategy.

**Main responsibilities**:
Engage with projects expanding across various technical and functional domains. The role will provide coordination among the various owners of those through a formal design framework to ensure a solid solution architecture and project master plan is built.
- The role will validate the construction of solution design package for business-critical projects, ensuring it meets all business, technical and operational requirements in coordination with the internal owners of providing and fulfilling those requirements.
- The role will ensure a full fledge project master plan for key projects is transitioned to the implementation project manager, maintaining overall responsibility for the governance of the project for key initiatives.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in requirements gathering and technologies / service providers selection through a formal framework.
- Provide oversight and advice on the alignment of the new projects with the overarching business and technology strategy.
- Experienced in technology consulting roles and its alignment with business requirements.
- Capacity to expand across a wide range of business and technical domains.
- Solution and service architecture design frameworks knowledge.
- Experience leading RFP processes and technology / service selection.
- Solid project management capabilities
- Innovation and customer experience mindset.
- Excellent communication skills interfacing with business, technical or provider counterparts.
- Quick learner
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- High level lof English
- Availability to travel although not frequently.
