Buscamos a un Senior Recruiter - HRBP, Responsable de RRHH para nuestra oficina de Madrid, especialista en el sector IT (preferiblemente en Infraestructuras y Sistemas), con ganas de incorporarse a una empresa en plena expansión. ¿Qué harás? Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Serás el responsable tanto de la atracción, identificación y selección del talento IT, como del proceso de acogida y acompañamiento en la experiência de los equipos en Clevertask. Serás el responsable de la implementación de los procesos de RRHH dentro del área de negocio asignada (proceso de evaluación de desempeño, ciclo de compensación, identificación de potencial, detección de necesidades formativas ). Participarás en proyectos transversales dentro de la Dirección de Personas y Talento (toda propuesta de mejora es bienvenida) **Requisitos**: Imprescindible: Experiência en la atracción, identificación y selección del talento IT. Experiência en la implementación de procesos de Onboarding y Offboarding. Experiência generalista en Recursos Humanos. Filosofía Team Player, somos un equipo y trabajamos en equipo. Alta capacidad de comunicación. Deseable: Experiência en la selección de perfiles de Sistemas e Infraestructuras Microsoft. Buen nível de inglés.
