Packaging Developer Intern - September start
A packaging developer intern will be part of our External Operations Supply Chain Pack team, to support on all technical tasks and processes, and in parallel enlarge his/her technical skills and have the opportunity to join a cosmetics structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Packaging Developer Intern, you are responsible Help the team on technical coordination of projects with the various suppliers and subcontractors. Support on carrying out the tasks required in the different stages of packaging development. Understand and learn EXO SCP responsibility in all legal aspects of packaging (regulation), sustainability & logistics data. Support on the maintenance of specifications and supply chain data (Weight and dimensions, shipper development, data enrichment )
**Your main focus**:
Participate/animate in weekly review meetings for brands in her/his scope.
Understand and support the Team for the adherence of all EXO SCP key milestones.
Help on component drawings validation.
Learn and understand artwork process and support on provide/enter the required information in ESKO.
Validate the artworks in ESKO and suppliers’ bromides according to the current SOP on technical/legal criteria.
Edit/approve specifications in SAP RD.
Perform validation/approval tests during development process and report them to her/his manager.
Fill in/maintain the technical files/trackers.
Transmit technical agreements to suppliers.
Collect/claim the elements/benches validated by Marketing.

Ongoing Engineer degree
Knowledge in Packaging, components/materials and production processes
Advanced English
Open to propose action plans and new ideas for continuous improvement and/or value analysis.
Optimize time and manage her/his priorities.
Strong organizational and communication oriented, along with critical thinking, process improvement and decision-making.
Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve status quo and passionate ownership of performance.
