CBRE Hotels is one of the largest specialist Hotels teams in Europe composed of dedicated industry experts with an in-depth knowledge of both the operational and commercial aspects of European hotel real estate markets. The team comprises approximately 120 people based in 15 offices across EMEA.
We provide a full-service offer to clients and investors with business lines covering Valuation, Brokerage, Feasibility Studies, Operator Selection and Asset Management.
**Role Purpose**
Supporting the Spain-based Advisory team and providing assistance in undertaking single asset and portfolio instructions within Spain and Portugal.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertaking hotel inspections supervised by a senior member
- Support in the preparation of valuations and consultancy reports for both urban hotels and holiday resorts.
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in finance, architecture, finance & law or hotel administration.**:
- Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets and financial modelling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market is preferable.
- Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals; previous experience in Hotels is preferable.
- Able to travel within EMEA and Valid driver’s licence.
