We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering end to end Dynamics 365 ERP projects (with focus on F&SCM) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 F&SCM or ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations processes within D365
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional client management and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantage
- Fluency German and/or Arabic
- Readiness for occasional business travel is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation through to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and architects
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans
- Report project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability
- Support presales activities including project estimation, scoping, and proposal preparation if needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery process
