TRADEBE is in an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Development Manager in identifying, evaluating, and leading potential new growth opportunities through M&A processes across the entire Group.

**Reporting to the Corporate Development Manager your main key job responsibilities will be**:

- Performing financial analysis to support internal and external financial due diligence processes including, but not limited to, financial statements analysis, revenue, margin and profitability analysis, working capital and cash flow analysis
- Building and using financial models
- Performing detailed valuation analysis, essentially DCF
- Assisting in the coordination of multiple workstreams (internal and external) and projects, including dataroom management and agenda management
- Assisting in market screening and origination

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Maths
- It is valuable to have internships in M&A or a Master's degree focused on Corporate Finance
- At least 18 months of experience ideally in Corporate Finance boutiques or Big 4 Transaction Services department
- High proficiency in Excel to build financial models and PowerPoint (Think-cell is a plus)
- Fluent in English & Spanish. German and/or Italian is a plus

- Positive mindset, hands-on attitude and ability to adapt
- Structured and analytical with strong business sense
- Problem-solving skills, superb attention to detail, and a high level of curiosity
- Ability to deliver on tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- The position will be based in Barcelona, some travel is expected
