- Team Leader INGLES - REMOTODESCRIPTION- We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic IT department in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT team in Europe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure the efficient delivery of IT services, and contribute to the strategic direction of our IT operations.ACTIVITIES- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to promote individual and team growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring that team members are motivated and engaged in their roles.
- IT Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage IT operations within the European region, ensuring the stability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of IT services to meet business needs and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Service Delivery:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of IT services, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Project Management:
- Supervise and coordinate IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and assure the transfer into operations.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors to manage relationships, evaluate service quality, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure that third-party services align with organizational objectives.
- Business Continuity:
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the European region, ensuring the availability of IT systems and services in the event of disruptions.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of IT operations, making data-driven improvements as necessary.
- PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience in IT operations and leadership roles.
- Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Knowledge of European data protection and privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe as needed.
