**Senior Pre Sales Engineer - DACH / UK & NORDICS**:
Lead and manage technical design and implementation of CounterCraft’s next-generation threat intelligence offerings and provide support to customers and ensure successful delivery.
**Job Brief**
CounterCraft is currently seeking an experienced solutions architect to join our fast-growing team in Europe. You will be a part of an energetic and motivated team with a goal to take our high-interaction deception technology to market in both commercial and federal markets.
We are looking for two roles:
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Develop presentations and demonstrate product and benefits to potential clients support pre-sales
- Communicate with customers and support technical and strategic requirements
- Support proof-of-concepts and trials
- Support marketing initiatives by speaking on podcasts, webinars, and conferences, and writing thought leadership articles
- Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
- Attend industry conferences and cybersecurity events
- Research and discover creative ways to technically support clients
- Increasing the value of current customers through new service offerings
- Developing and improving customer onboarding and deployment processes
- Support proposals and contract negotiations
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience (3+ years) working in technical pre sales roles.
- Experience mentoring engineers on technical solutions and sales process
- Experience working in a cross matrixed organization
- Experience serving as a technical liaison between the customer and internal organizations
- Actively engage in the recruiting and technical interview process
- Serve as a technical pre-sales lead on customer engagements: relevant cybersecurity experience valued - Endpoint, EDR, policy mgmt, AD, Threat Intel, Orchestration, SIEM, etc..
- Train partner technical resources on a solution and value proposition
- Provide feedback to sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams on core customer requirements
- Lead technical responses for proposals
- Be well versed in various aspects of cybersecurity and other IT disciplines
- Proven experience in intelligence analysis
- Proven experience in business development
- Existing relationships in key sectors such as federal government and private sector
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:
- Expert level understanding of cybersecurity
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in German or French
languages will be highly valued
- Ability to work as part of a global team
**OTHER**:
- Location: Spain: Barcelona, Madrid or San Sebastian
- Travel Requirements: 10%
