Real Estate Agency located in Golden Mile is looking for a marketing specialist with strategic vision and with experience in marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Native Spanish/English speaker, plus other languages will be a plus.
- High proficiency in written skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Experience in content development and copywriting
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions. Be creatively minded and with a comprehensive marketing skillset
- Have knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market

Responsibility
- Manage website design, content, SEO
- Managing all social media of the company, plus should has professional skills in You Tube
- Preparing content for ads, organizing with video makers, photographers and etc.
- Collect and analyze market research data
- Organize and prepare all marketing material for social media, mailing, website written and verbal communication skills
- Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketing campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with advertising companies
