While deeply rooted in managing our email marketing activities, this role also extends to supporting other content needs, ensuring cohesive messaging and healthy content production rate. A core part of your role will involve expert management of our email marketing activities (building and segmenting email lists, crafting engaging email content, and nurturing leads through automated email communications) Beyond email marketing, you’ll also support other content needs and contribute to our broader digital presence by adapting and developing content for various channels. This includes recommending and writing copy to improve engagement while adhering to brand guidelines across all platforms .This position demands a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple internal teams to empower our overall marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:This role encompasses several key areas critical to the success of our marketing team, ensuring our team is equipped with the right tools, data, and processes to excel:Content DevelopmentDevelop and execute content strategies across social media / blogs and web to drive engagement.Collab with design, product and marketing team to create compelling content assets (including graphics, videos, pages).Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across all our channels.Craft compelling and brand-consistent email copy, and adapt content for various channels beyond email.Ensure all content aligns with overall marketing goals/messaging and brand guidelines.Present regular reports on content engagement and content effectiveness.Email Campaign Management & Audience SegmentationDesign, build, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.Manage and leverage the CRM for customer data insights.Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies within the CRMManage email automation flows for lead nurturing and customer journeys.Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulationsIdentify opportunities for personalized content delivery to specific segments.Oversee A/B testing for continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:Experience:3 years of content marketing expertise including social media management1 year of experience in email marketing and CRM management.A minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment (preferably within SaaS) is required.Proven ability to craft compelling content across various channels.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles and customer engagement.Demonstrated experience with marketing automation setup and optimization.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills:Proficiency in major email marketing platforms (such as: HubSpot or CustomerIO).Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.Experience with designing lead nurturing flows.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced certification in a leading CRM or Email Service Provider.Demonstrated success in A/B testing and conversion optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights.Experience with design tools for content creation. xsgfvud Exposure to other digital marketing channels like SEO, or social media.Departamento:#J-18808-Ljbffr
