**What's your mission?**

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the production plant, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and safety objectives are consistently met. This role will have a strong strategic focus on operational excellence, driving continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles. Additionally, the role will oversee the maintenance function to ensure equipment availability and reliability, while contributing to the global standardization of processes and fostering a high-performance culture.

**️**Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day**
- Lead, inspire, and develop the production team to consistently meet targets in productivity, quality, and safety.
- Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise the maintenance area, ensuring proper preventive planning and quick resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless production aligned with business demand.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement and technological innovation projects within the manufacturing plants.
- Lead global manufacturing processes and ensure alignment and standardization across all company sites.
- Manage the production and maintenance area budget.

**What you need to shine in this role**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Languages**: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Catalan is desirable.
- Availability to travel approximately once every four months.
