**You will take care of**
As a member of the Cosmetics division, you will ensure the development and implementation of the marketing plan for our NIVEA brand. You will contribute to guarantee the correct implementation of the NIVEA global strategy and our success in the market.

**Main accountabilities**:

- Ensure the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the NIVEA products under your charge in order to gain market share.
- Translate brand guidelines into plans and go-to
- market strategies.
- Work closely with sales, shopper, customer service and demand planner to implement the execution of the marketing campaigns.
- Analyze Business Performances and competition in order to develop corrective actions.
- Direct responsible for the following KPI: net sales, market share and GM of all the categories under his/her charge.
- Guarantee the success of launches in terms of materials and execution. Work closely with SCM and Sales in order to reach the targets.
- Make all the analysis required for new launches: margin, net sales and units, price, cannibalization, in order to guarantee net sales demands accuracy.
- Work with digital and media agency for implement a strong media plan of all his/her categories.
- Analyze brand positioning in the market and consumer insights. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

**Your Profile**:
**What it takes?**
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years' proven brand management or marketing experience leading and managing marketing plans, budget, and forecasts. Experience with a high understanding of market research.
- Result oriented, analytical skills and attention to details, proactive and creative problem solver.
- Experience managing and optimizing the budget allocation for the categories under his charge.
- Excellent communication and team working skills, positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Agile to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven digital skills.
- Experience in Cosmetic industry will be valued.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
