We are looking for a Senior supply chain delivery manager to join Vodafone's Global Supply Chain Services team, with the mission to manage strategic relationships with our partners and joint ventures worldwide. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our Partners' operations, build strong relationships with senior executives, and lead the planning and execution of supply chain strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing performance, driving operational improvements, and ensuring positive financial outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global organization, leveraging Vodafone's scale and innovation to create shared value across key markets.

**The responsibilities of the Senior supply chain delivery manager include**:
1. Customer Management
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Find, explore and help qualify opportunities and the business needs of the customer.
- Determine the need, buying centre (decision maker) and other key stakeholders within the customer’s organisation.
- Confirm the buying centre (decision maker) and budget.
- Define the scope of the customer engagement.

2. Product Management:

- Manage the value discussions with Partner.
- Map supply chain and procurement requirements at category level.
- Regular face to face contact with all levels within the customer organisation.
- Support the identification of needs and internal & external opportunities.
- Help with the identification of new products and creation of associated documentation and training in relation to supply chain products.
- Participate in product value delivery discussions.

**What you bring**:

- Deep knowledge of Telecom & Cloud Infrastructure Markets, Supply Chain dynamics & key players and strategic sales approaches.
- Strong B2B account management skills.
- Highly effective communication and presentation/sales skills.
- Strong project management skills and commercial acumen.
- Able to quickly establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Be able to collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional virtual team.
