**About the Role**

As our Supply Chain Project Manager you will drive project management excellence and enable business success with a team of highly qualified project managers delivering strategically important projects. You will maintain strategic oversight of project requirements, assigning Project Managers and managing project budgets.

**What You Will Do**
- Organize the assignment of Project Managers to strategically important cross-functional projects and programs
- Leverage best-in-class Project Management methods and standards to plan and execute projects and programs, including efficient steering functions
- Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and opportunities
- Ensure the availability of purposeful and proven Project Management tools Develop and maintain procedures and IT tools for project
- and portfolio management, and ensure consistent use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
- Coach and develop team members in Project Management to drive performance and engagement
- Lead our global network for Project Management and support the ongoing training of network members

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in Logistics, complex projects, WMS and SAP S/4HANA implementation, process automation.
- Adept in change management, visionary decision-making, and complex problem-solving.
- An articulate communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Equipped with over 12 years of experience in supply chain project management and ideally a university degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Comfortable in a complex, global matrix organization.
- Willing to travel 30-40% of your time for global initiatives.
