We are looking for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Representative to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:

- Full-time temporary contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
- Salary: 17900 Euros gross/year + up to 1200 Euros gross/year in bonus.

What you’ll experience with us

As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:

- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Portuguese and advanced in English and Spanish
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Can work under pressure in a pressurized environment
- Have very good communication skills
- Can work in a team and own initiative
- Have logical approach to problem solving
- Can adapt to different situations and needs.
