Position: Dutch Customer Service Agent

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Temporary (3 months) Full-time (39 hours per week)

Work model: Hybrid - work from the office during training and 3 days per month after training

Remuneration: Base salary

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work alongside the Management Team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Live and breathe the company values; be a brand ambassador
- Become an expert on the sneaker brand
- Work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your multitasking skills
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail; be meticulous and vigilant
- Personalize the customer experience - find the right tone for each situation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A fluent level of Dutch/Flemish with strong grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (both spoken and written)
- Residing in Catalonia
- Having a NIE number
- A genuine passion for world-class customer service
- High energy, drive, and a friendly personality
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong administrative skills

**OFFER**:

- Contract: Temporary of 3 months (with 1 month probation period) with the possibility of extension based on performance
- Working days/hours Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 (part-time 30 hours weekly) or 9 AM to 6 PM (full-time 39 hours weekly)
