Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Operations, and Consulting.
- Experience with writing SQL queries, including creating and maintaining tables.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with analysis or business intelligence tools (i.e., dashboards, spreadsheets, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

**About the job**:
As a Senior Business Associate in the Business Performance and Data Analytics teams, you will have the opportunity to help build strategic insights to help improve the business, monitor the business, and identify areas of growth. In this role, you will partner with Sales leadership on key initiatives. You will provide insights to the global leadership team about the business. You will have a direct impact on strategic decisions and directly impact the direction of our business.

- Support Sales leadership on their key initiatives.
- Design, implement, and execute a business reporting cadence.
- Become knowledgable on the areas of the business you will cover.
