Field Enablement Coordinator (CTG - Telco) This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office. The CTG Field Enablement Team is responsible for defining, developing and delivering the necessary sales training / product training / skills training necessary to enable the success of our field sellers and delivery personnel. This is an exciting time for our team as we are really changing the way the way we deliver enablement and leveraging pan-HPE platforms to elevate the Telco vertical selling motion. **What you'll do**: - Report to the Global CTG Field Enablement team - Manage the CTG training calendar - Administer planned and defined training events, recording sessions and posting after the session - Manage the audience acquisition by creating the invites, promoting in the newsletters, Slack and other communication vehicles - Works alongside Field Enablement Manager to develop mobile learning, podcasts, and on-demand learning - Create newsletter content related to role - Build a CTG Enablement and Events following on Slack by consistently posting relevant team content - Manages the Wins Repository - Facilitates the opening of PO's related to team activities - Executing other special projects as assigned **What you're great at**: - Organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Team-player who brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to succeed and further the goals of the sales enablement team - Demonstrated ability to take initiative, receive direction and feedback, and adjust as needed - Willingness to take responsibility for assigned work, seeing it through to completion **Your Experience & Education**: - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field) and 1+ year relevant experience **Job**: Marketing **Job Level**: Intermediate **Hewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.** HPE will comply with all applicable laws related to the use of arrest and conviction records, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and similar laws and will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
