We are seeking an Enablement Manager to lead the EMEA Field Effectiveness Strategy Team. This Team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing EMEA Commercial Sales business. The Team partners with Sales and cross-functional Leaders and takes a working backwards approach from the strategic priorities of the segment to build enablement mechanisms that implement or strengthen the sales behaviors and activities that support the segments strategy.
Proven ability to provide thought leadership and influence as strategic partner to field leaders without direct authority.
The position can be performed from the following hubs: Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Madrid, Munich, London, Stockholm and Tel Aviv.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead work streams to engage with stakeholders to establish a clear and balanced understanding of enablement top readiness enablers and barriers.
- Attend monthly, quarterly calls to drive relevant initiatives to local sales teams and provide strategic communication to functional teams related to requirements, challenges and enablers
- Scope enablement solutions based on customer insights, business impact, and field anecdotal feedback.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators and dashboards to measure sales readiness and enablement effectiveness.
- Advise sales leadership and teams on enablement solutions that will drive consistent results.
- Leverage expertise, business insights and enablement industry trends to innovate.
- Prioritize workload to align with business strategy.
- Oversee own enablement plans, schedules, deliverables, stakeholders, and results.
- Report and communicate plans and execution progress to drive stakeholder’s alignment and sellers’ adoption.
