From Marlex Human Capital, we are collaborating with an important company dedicated to the import, export, production, manufacture, and marketing of cosmetic products and perfumery, which needs to incorporate into its team a Purchasing and Sourcing Technician (Asia).

**What will be your mission in the company?**

Depending on the Technical Management, your main challenges, and responsibilities to be developed will be:

- Visit the suppliers in the area and verify their suitability for the project, as well as consolidate the relationship with them.
- Negotiation of prices and conditions and monitoring of the manufacture of pre-production samples.
- Execute orders (Navision) and track them to ensure delivery on time,

agreed quality, and price.
- Logistics management of collections and deliveries of orders (contracting transport) as well as all the documentation associated with each shipment.
- Follow-up of non-conformities until their resolution.
- Visit industry fairs to collect relevant information for the company (trends, new

suppliers, industry news...).
- Purchase consumables and materials for maintenance and production.
- Ensure compliance with the manual of good environmental practices, as well as the guidelines for production rooms: hygiene and health standards of good manufacturing practices for cosmetic products.
- Participation in the investigation of the causes of quality nonconformities and their resolution, in cases deemed necessary.
