Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking for an Purchasing Manager who will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers. Main Responsibilities: Sourcing and qualifying new suppliers, including managing evaluations, homologation processes, and price negotiations aligned with company standards and requirements. Developing and managing the Purchasing Budget. Preparing purchasing reports for leadership and resolving supplier-related issues when they arise. Setting departmental goals to support company targets, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance through defined KPIs and OKRs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. High level of both oral and written English. Analytical, solution-oriented, and with negotiation skills. We Offer: Flexible working hours, Friday afternoons off and hybrid work.
