JOB OVERVIEW:A Lateral Thinking, estem buscant un/a HR Manager part-time que assumeixi un rol estratègic i operatiu per continuar impulsant les nostres persones i cultura d’empresa.
Aquesta posició és clau per mantenir i evolucionar els processos de gestió de talent, amb un focus especial en Performance Management, Compensació i Beneficis, Learning & Development i Employee Engagement.
Performance Management- Liderar el procés de revisió de performance semestral.
- Acompanyar i formar als líders en tècniques de feedback i desenvolupament.
- Analitzar dades de performance i identificar àrees de millora.
- Dissenyar i mantenir l’estructura de compensació (fixa, variable i beneficis).
- Fer benchmarking de mercat per assegurar competitivitat i equitat interna.
- Gestionar plans de retribució flexible.
- Detectar necessitats formatives i dissenyar accions de desenvolupament.
- Coordinar formacions internes i externes.
- Mesurar l’impacte de les iniciatives formatives.
- Impulsar projectes que fomentin la cultura d’equip i el benestar.
- Donar seguiment al feedback dels equips (eNPS, enquestes internes, etc.).
- Proposar accions concretes per millorar l’experiència de l’empleat.
- Experiència prèvia com a HR Administrator o HR Officer (mínim 4-5 anys) i en processos de selecció.
- Coneixement sòlid de processos de performance, compensació i formació.
- Excel·lents habilitats comunicatives i empatia.
- Capacitat per treballar de forma autònoma i tenir mirada estratègica.
- Català, Castellà i anglès fluïts.
- Coneixement d’eines com Factorial, Paprika, Teamwork (valorat positivament).
- Mitja jornada 20h/setmana amb horari de matins
- Model de treball híbrid: oficina a Barcelona + dies de teletreball.
- Un ambient creatiu, proper i amb ganes de fer les coses bé.
