This role will be essential in ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and training to performance support, communication, and conflict management. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle and OnboardingManage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and well-structured integration into the company.Coordinate welcome sessions, documentation, introductions, and role-specific training plans.Act as a primary point of contact for new employees during their first months.Training & DevelopmentOversee FUNDAE administration is a plus, ensuring compliance with training regulations and accurate management of subsidies.Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal training programs aligned with business needs.Support managers in identifying training needs and building development plans.Employee Relations & CommunicationMaintain clear and proactive communication with employees across teams and seniority levels.Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee queries.Help foster an open, inclusive, and positive work environment.Conflict & Performance SupportAssist in resolving workplace conflicts or employee concerns with discretion, professionalism, and empathy.Support managers with performance discussions, documentation, and follow-up actions.HR Operations & AdministrationEnsure accurate and timely updates of employee data in HR systems.Prepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics as needed.Collaborate with the wider HR and People teams across SD Worx to align local processes with company standards.RequirementsPrevious experience in HR roles, ideally covering onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations.Fluent in English.Residence in the Valencia area.Strong knowledge of FUNDAE processes and training compliance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with employees and managers.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to manage conflict constructively.Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.
