This is a front-facing, people-focused role where you will play a key part in creating a professional, well-organised, and welcoming office environment for a close-knit team of around 20 people.You will work closely with the Office Manager and become a trusted support and point of contact within the office.Why this role?A role suited to someone with 1–2 years’ experience who wants more responsibilityStrong exposure to facilities coordination and office operationsA small office environment where your contribution is visible and valuedClose collaboration with an experienced Office Manager who will support your developmentA stable, international company with a professional and collaborative culture What you will be doing? You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office by:Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and employeesAssisting with facilities and building coordination alongside the Office ManagerHelping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised office environmentSupporting new starters with workstations, access cards, and welcome materialsAssisting with meeting rooms, video calls, catering, and office logisticsHelping coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providersProviding general administrative and office support as neededYou will have responsibility and variety, while remaining well supported and guided. About youThis role will suit someone who: Has 1–2 years’ experience in a facilities assistant, office assistant, reception, or similar roleIs fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level in both)Enjoys a people-facing role and supporting othersIs organised, reliable, and proactiveIs comfortable working in a small, professional office Package Salary up to €32,000 per yearBonus and benefitsFully on-site role in Madrid
