En TRS STAFFING SOLUTIONS y desde la delegación de España, Madrid, estamos buscando un/a SDMO: Specifications and Data Management Office/Officer para uno de nuestros clientes tecnológicos más importantes. Responsabilidades: Supervisar, controlar y apoyar la prestación de servicios, asegurando que los sistemas, metodologías y procedimientos estén implementados y seguidos. Comprensión y experiencia en servicios globales de Workplace y Service Desk. La competencia en el manejo de herramientas ITSM, preferiblemente ServiceNow, es un requisito clave del puesto. La creación de informes dentro de ServiceNow es parte de las responsabilidades. El dominio de los procesos de ITIL, incluida la gestión de incidentes, solicitudes, cambios, problemas y capacidad, es imperativo. Experiencia en Servicios Globales coordinando equipos en diferentes países. Asumir la responsabilidad de los incidentes importantes, garantizar la coordinación de las partes resolutivas, la comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas y la revisión posterior al incidente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de explicar problemas técnicos complejos a una audiencia no técnica. Requisitos: Técnico Superior en Gestión de Sistemas Informáticos o Grado en Ingeniería Informática Al menos 10 años de experiencia en el sector de TI, con al menos 5 años desempeñando el mismo rol Certificación técnica oficial en ITIL: al menos ITIL Foundation Nivel de dominio del inglés B2/C1.
