Job Description Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager para incorporarse a una reconocida promotora inmobiliaria, con proyectos en Madrid. Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en gestión de proyectos inmobiliarios, capaz de liderar equipos multidisciplinares y coordinar constructoras y proveedores, garantizando plazos, costes y calidad. Responsabilidades principales Planificación y ejecución de proyectos residenciales y comerciales. Supervisión de obra, subcontratas y proveedores. Control de presupuesto, cronograma y recursos. Cumplimiento de normativa técnica, urbanística y PRL. Uso de BIM y control de calidad en proyectos. Requisitos del perfil Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o Arquitectura Técnica. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en promotora o constructora. Conocimiento de software de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera, BIM). Liderazgo, organización y disponibilidad para viajar.
