This position reports to

Sales Supp. Specialist-Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

Start your professional career in a leading multinational in its sector through our internship program for students that offers:
6 months with the possibility of extending another 6.
Schedule compatible with your studies.

Objective of the internship:
Technical/commercial support in frequency inverters and PLC's unit.

Tasks to be performed:
Give a technical and commercial solution to customer needs.
Analyze technical specifications, found internally best solution in product portfolio and create a quotation.
Supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.
Have a good commitment to ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
Work with the leaders and all team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications for the role

- Education: students of the Bachelor's Degree in Electrical-Electronic/Industrial Engineering
- Languages: Spanish and English high.
- Additional knowledge: Office package (mainly Excel)
