Our client is a tech and digital services provider for the gambling industry, driven by a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Their CRM department plays a crucial role in fostering player engagement, enhancing retention, and delivering personalized strategies. As they continue to expand, theyare seeking a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to oversee their CRM operations. This role requires a leader who can supervise managers focused on localized, data-driven campaigns that maximize player engagement and drive business success. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Team Lead Regional CRM to oversee and optimize their customer relationship management initiatives across multiple regions. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of CRM strategies, data analytics, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing CRM teams and leading regional CRM managers to develop customer retention strategies and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities : Implement and manage regional CRM strategies aligned with the companys business objectives. Improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty through personalized and targeted marketing campaigns. Leverage CRM data and analytics to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for optimization. Lead, mentor, and develop regional CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate CRM efforts and enhance customer experience. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies. Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the success of CRM initiatives. Customize CRM approaches to fit the cultural and market-specific needs of different regions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing regional CRM managers within iGaming field. Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative success. Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalization strategies.
