Master Data Specialist – Creation Palette
Role Overview
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Creation Palette for Taste flavorists, ensuring relevance, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role coordinates the introduction of new raw materials and maintains high-quality master data to support both creation and supply chain processes. Acting as a key interface between business, creation, and data teams, the specialist ensures seamless access, accuracy, and performance of master data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Raw Material Introduction (RMI) processes and coordinate business requests across stakeholders
Drive RMI performance through reporting, SLA monitoring, continuous improvement, and success tracking
Manage and optimize the Creation Palette, including authorizations, regional palettes, restrictions, tonalities, and archiving
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of master data within CoreDB and SAP
Support creation teams through access management, clear communication, and issue resolution
Impact & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reduced lead time for raw material introductions
High-quality internal customer support and stakeholder satisfaction
Effective and timely resolution of data-related crises or bottlenecks
Improved relevance, optimization, and governance of the Creation Palette
Profile & Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
