Global Master Data Analyst
Global Master Data Analyst would be part of a team, in charge of code creation process, running enrichment processes and maintenance of master data for Coty worldwide on a global SAP platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You would be responsible for ensuring that the Material Master Data is created on time and accurate as per briefing from Marketing/Initiative Leader. You are following the Global Data Standards provided by our Data Governance Team and contributing to adjust them to changing needs. As Coty’s growth builds on constant new product developments, this position plays a key role delivering “Data Readiness” during different stages of the Innovation and leading the work across.
**Your main focus**: Deliver Key Performance Indicators, making sure to reach the Service Level Agreement targets. Understanding of the product creation cycles and basic data, whilst understanding the business impacts. Identify systemic errors and trend analysis, being able to root cause, sharing a clear issue statement. Tracking all new project status, with direct contact and communication across different workstreams, to guarantee the visibility and status of data readiness in SAP for all new initiative in the scope, giving priority based on business requirements. Follow up with departments involved with Master Data functionality reporting clear issue statement, tackling business needs with clarity and structure.

The team consists today of five Master Data Analyst. You will work closely together with several departments such as Master Data Governance, Initiative leaders, Marketing, Planning, R&D, Quality and IT. All your colleagues are dedicated experts and ready to drive Coty to the next level. Working with a team environment with can do attitude, optimistic, focus on finding solutions. The team has a continuous improvement mindset, committed to resolving upcoming challenges and opportunities, to make processes more efficient. **Other than that, you**:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background). Good technical skills in Excel and SAP. Knowledge in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic will be considered. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements. Team Player mindset. Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance. Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results. Good English level and communication skills.
