Ésta es tu oportunidadEn Lacoste buscamos Assistant Store Manager para nuestro córner en ECI Preciados.Qué ofrecemosJornada laboral de 40 horas semanales de lunes a domingo y festivos en horarios rotativos.Contrato indefinido con incorporación inmediata.Salario fijo + variables.Oportunidades de crecimiento.Seguro de vida.Formación continuada.Descuento de empleados.¿Cuáles serán sus funciones?Apoyo y soporte al/la Store Manager en las siguientes funciones:Entender las necesidades del cliente y brindar un servicio excepcional y personalizado acorde a nuestros valores.Reportar y apoyar constantemente a tu Manager en todas las necesidades de la tienda y consecución de objetivos.Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción.Reponer, gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los productos que tengamos en tienda y stock.Ejecutar las guías de Visual Merchandising para que el espacio y productos siempre se presenten al cliente de forma atractiva y óptima.Cumplimiento y seguimiento de KPIs y objetivos de tienda.Transmitir el conocimiento del producto, nuestra historia y espíritu en movimiento que construye el futuro.Apoyar y respetar a tu equipo y sus diferencias.Participar en nuestra formación continua para desarrollar tu potencial, capacidades y habilidades, y las de tu equipo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
