Qué ofrecemos Jornada laboral de 40 horas semanales de lunes a domingo y festivos en horarios rotativos. Contrato indefinido con incorporación inmediata. Salario fijo + variables. Apoyo y soporte al/la Store Manager en las siguientes funciones: Entender las necesidades del cliente y brindar un servicio excepcional y personalizado acorde a nuestros valores. Reportar y apoyar constantemente a tu Manager en todas las necesidades de la tienda y consecución de objetivos. Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción. Reponer, gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los productos que tengamos en tienda y stock. Ejecutar las guías de Visual Merchandising para que el espacio y productos siempre se presenten al cliente de forma atractiva y óptima. Cumplimiento y seguimiento de KPIs y objetivos de tienda. Transmitir el conocimiento del producto, nuestra historia y espíritu en movimiento que construye el futuro. Apoyar y respetar a tu equipo y sus diferencias. Participar en nuestra formación continua para desarrollar tu potencial, capacidades y habilidades, y las de tu equipo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
