About the role We are a venture studio that builds software to accelerate human genius, knowledge, and purpose. Currently, we balance the development of our proprietary software with high-level tech, digital, and AI consulting projects. We are looking for a Tech Project Manager with strong Product Owner competencies to act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our internal team. This role is dynamic: you will manage consulting delivery and client requirements while proactively contributing to the feature definition and orchestration of our proprietary software. Tasks What you'll do: Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications; Collaborate with the development team to estimate timelines, assess feasibility, and plan project roadmaps; Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery for both consulting clients and internal product goals; Act as a Product Owner: define features, experiment with new AI tools, and help design AI orchestration flows; Advise clients on optimal technical solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and scalability; Monitor progress across workstreams and ensure clear communication across all teams. Requirements Required Competencies: Soft skills: Adaptability (startup mindset), leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web development stacks, APIs, and system architecture. You do not need to be a developer, but you must be tech-savvy and capable of translating technical constraints into business realities. Product & AI Mindset: A "hands-on" approach to technology.
