Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y experiencia en planificación de campañas de comunicación directa (emailing, mailings). Mentalidad estratégica y enfoque en la mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente. Conocimiento del sector de lujo (valorable). ⭐ Funciones y responsabilidades Supervisar captura de datos y capacitar al equipo en CRM en tienda. Crear una comunidad de expertos en clienteling, alineada con la Maison. Generar insights de clientes y detectar oportunidades de mejora. Optimizar las comunicaciones con clientes mediante guías y capacitaciones. Fomentar una cultura centrada en el cliente en tienda.
