We are seeking a marketing leader looking to disrupt the traditional B2B approach. As a European leader in the human and digital skills space we are ready to take bold creative and performance steps. With new products and investments to make, we're ready for a visionary to lead the marketing function and fuel our evolution from 10-market success with 1 product to global success with multiple products.This role is part of the Revenue Leadership Team and reports to directly the CRO while working closely with the global head of brand, Chief Product Officer, and the entire Sales organization. We need someone with a collaboration mindset, proven experience in data-driven B2B SaaS performance marketing, fearlessness to try new things and challenge convention, and a track record of success in people leadership and business growth tied to a growing and converting upper funnel.The position encompasses all key Marketing functions: brand, demand gen, digital, product marketing, content, PR, and regional execution for our profitable and innovative B2B SaaS EdTech scaleup.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives across regions and products - including positioning, brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, digital experience (website) and regional activationCreate fast and frequent feedback mechanisms to improve activities based on resultsDemand Generation:Lead the team to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversionsDrive pipeline growth through key channels: Performance Media (SEM, etc), CRM/Emailing, Events, Digital Experience (website – SEO/GEO). Continuously experiment and optimizeOwn Marketing-sourced pipeline goals and Marketing's contribution to NewARROwn conversion metrics in collaboration with SDR, Sales, and RevOps, ensuring tight alignment and accountability from MQL to Opportunity velocityBrand & Positioning:Shape and elevate our brand as a category leader, developing innovative, unexpected and compelling narratives that resonate with our clients, prospects and partnersEnsure Product Marketing excellence; work closely with Product and Sales to translate capabilities into differentiated customer-facing messaging. Build messaging framework, and clearly articulate our value propositions across different products, personas and marketsOversee public relations, thought leadership, content, and social media strategiesAnalytics, ROI & Automation:Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance across the funnel. Use data insights to drive decisions and improve performance and resource allocationPartner with RevOps to create a high-integrity reporting and forecasting infrastructureModernize processes, tools, and tech-stack for automation and better data-driven decisionsRegional MarketingDevelop and execute region-specific marketing strategies for our core geographiesEnable and empower local teams with the right campaigns, assets, templates and tools to drive growthLead and inspire a high-performing marketing teamSet clear goals, provide coaching and foster a culture of continuous learningImplement training programs that ensure the team stays ahead of industry trendsRequirements10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles with Revenue accountability in High-Touch motions: Marketing-sourced pipeline and NewARR contributionProven track record of leading and scaling high-performing global marketing functionsAbility to connect brand and performance, long-term positioning with short-term pipeline generationCombines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and ability to successfully navigate both data-driven and creative worldsHands-on experience with modern MarTech (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Make.com, Lusha, Clearbit, etc), and Agentic AI to generate productivity improvements, and deep expertise in at least one of the following: CRM/emailing, performance media, or digital experience (website)Exceptional leadership and communication skills; ability to influence at all levelsOther: Fluent in English; willing and able to travel internationally – mostly within EuropeNice to Have'sExperience with B2B SaaS businesses with No-Touch (Self-Serve) revenue motionPrevious experience in EdTech industryFluency with Salesforce CRM environment is a plusAs VP of Marketing, you will embody these values and lead by example, fostering a culture that drives impact and excellence.Become part of the leader online training company in the European market, the benchmark in our sector, and help organisations thrive while you grow professionally at a trailblazing company with unstoppable momentum on an exciting growth journey even as others in the industry face challenges.
