We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating in the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.Monopoly GO is our newest casual game and a key franchise that has just become a chart topping sensation in the 6 months post its worldwide release. The team is based across Europe and the US, and is focused on working cross functionally to create and deliver captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoThe role we are looking to fill will report to the Senior Producer on the project and will be pivotal to delivering well tested and polished new innovative features, improvements and content on time and without crunch. This person will lead development teams to success without needing day-to-day support or supervision. The candidate should be able to execute on a large problem space and be able to work through people to get to the end goal.Owning End to End feature team’s development pipeline and processResponsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of highest qualityResponsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team.Covering standard Project Management layer such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency managementLeading and supporting the team in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and mindset.Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needsSetting up very effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside teamLeading one or multiple processes improvement that will contribute in improving feature development or overall production pipelineSupporting to keep the team's motivation on a higher scale and raising flags in case of anomalyWhat We're Looking For4+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile)Technical or LiveOps backgroundEnjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the flyStrong organization and strategic skillsEffective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathic and diplomaticUnrelenting self-motivation and initiativeExperience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risksStrong project and people management skillsA strong passion for making top quality games that players loveAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
