DescriptionScopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Monopoly GO team in the Sevilla studio on a hybrid basis. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating in the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily. Monopoly GO is our newest casual game and a key franchise that has just become a chart-topping sensation in the 6 months post its worldwide release. The team is based across Europe and the US and is focused on working cross-functionally to create and deliver captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoOwn the end-to-end feature team’s development pipeline and process.Be responsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of the highest quality.Coordinate, organize, moderate, and control all production activities in the assigned feature team.Cover standard project management layers such as planning, risk, resource, capacity, and dependency management.Lead and support the team in implementing and following Agile/Scrum methodologies.Liaise between cross-departments as per project and team’s needs.Set up effective, concise, transparent, and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside the team.Lead one or multiple process improvements that contribute to improving feature development or overall production pipeline.Support keeping the team's motivation high and raise flags in case of anomalies.What We're Looking For4+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile).Technical or LiveOps background.Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly.Strong organization and strategic skills.Effective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathetic and diplomatic.Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative.Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks.Strong project and people management skills.A strong passion for making top-quality games that players love.
