We are seeking a talented SAP Master Data Governance Expert to join our client’s innovative team, working across an international organization that values collaboration and excellence.TasksAbout the Role:As an SAP Master Data Governance Expert, you will:Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes.Collaborate with global and local teams, including Master Data Teams, BI specialists, SAP teams, and external providers, to ensure seamless governance policies and integration.Develop and implement Master Data maintenance policies, including business-driven data quality rules and naming conventions.Optimize and document Master Data processes while driving automation and workflow improvements.Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and providing training on new processes.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:A university degree with a focus on Master Data Management or Business Analysis.Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Master Data Governance, and associated business processes.Analytical skills with the ability to develop, optimize, and document Master Data processes.Strong technical knowledge, including basic understanding of LSMW, Migration Cockpit, and MS database technologies.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio (or equivalent process modeling tools).Familiarity with Flow Chart Diagram Notations (e.g., BPMN or EPC).Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience working in virtual, cross-functional teams.BenefitsWhy Join Us?Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Flexibility: Benefit from a dynamic, collaborative work environment.Professional Growth: Contribute to transformative global projects and develop your expertise with cutting-edge technologies.
