The platform is API-based consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.Launched in 2019, Tuum is headquartered in Tallinn and is backed by investors including BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures and CommerzVentures.As a rapidly growing startup, we’re scaling our Commercial organisation and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Programme Manager to support our Chief Revenue Officer with our ambitious growth plans on a global level. The role can be based in the UK or Spain.What you'll be doing:Assist the Chief Revenue Officer with all day to day operations of the commercial organisation globallyEnsure we have the right data to make informed strategic decisionsProgramme manage growth and efficiency initiatives, defined by the Chief Revenue Officer from time to time and responsible to lead and coordinate such programme initiativesWork with the Commercial team to ensure alignment of important deliverablesDeputise the Chief Revenue Officer in meetings when he cannot attendWork with wider organisation (Finance, HR, Product, others) to ensure clear sharing of data and strategyCo-own the Commercial governance modelTrack commitments from meetings and hold people accountable for delivering to timelinesActively look for opportunities to enhance and improve the Commercial organisationWork in alignment with the Commercial and broader Tuum organisation to meet specific performance KPIs set by the Chief Revenue OfficerTransform data and ideas into clear executive-level presentations for Executive Committee and Board and for overall revenue related reporting activitiesActively look for ways to review process and structure to support performance and meet the goals for the Commercial organisation and Chief Revenue OfficerInteract with other C-Suite, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership and Broader Tuum organisations and build trusted relationships so they trust the Strategy Programme Manager to be a go to person for matters associated to the Commercial organisationTravel and stays abroad may occur at the request from the Chief Revenue Officer5+ years of experience in strategy execution, project management or programme managementRelevant experience in a Programme Management role, ideally in a SaaS FS related company (desirable similar or core banking SaaS company) or coming from a strategy consulting companyAbility to interact and influence effectively with all C-level executives and senior leadersExperience in data analytics or intelligence operationsWhat we offer:Highly competitive salaryTuum stock optionsBenefits and perks that support work-life balance (wellness compensation, team events and much more)Meaningful work that impacts millions of people around the worldA possibility to grow both professionally and personally as we scaleBright and warm-hearted people from different cultures to work withAll-hands-on-deck-approach (meaning that everyone delivers value regardless of responsibilities)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
