What will you do?
El Ejecutivo de Ventas de Grupos, Conferencias y Eventos (GCE) maximizará las oportunidades de ingresos en las áreas de reservas de grupos, conferencias y eventos impulsando oportunidades de ventas y aumentando las conversiones; en concreto realizará las siguientes tareas:
Recibir y convertir consultas entrantes para lograr objetivos y maximizar los ingresos
Administrar un programa de eventos para maximizar el rendimiento
Centrarse en un enfoque de venta ascendente ejecutado de forma consistente
Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes para comprender completamente sus necesidades
Organizar visitas de inspección de los hoteles
Asegurar la completa administración y ejecución de todos los eventos planeados
Participar en actividades promocionales del hotel
What are we looking for?
Conocimientos en idiomas (inglés nivel alto imprescindible).
Conocimientos en ofimática a nivel usuario.
Se valora conocimiento de OPERA
Escucha activa, discreción y Tolerancia al estrés.
Relaciones interpersonales (amabilidad, cordialidad, empatía, simpatía, asertividad, etc.)
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, planificación y organización, orientación a resultados, flexibilidad, capacidad de resolución de posibles imprevistos, habilidades comerciales.
