You’ll work closely with teams to spark growth, build strong partnerships, and position bsport as the leading tech partner for boutique studios worldwide. This role is perfect for a dynamic, design-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning data into powerful, results-driven strategies.What will be your impact:Develop and implement social media strategies that align with bsport's brand values and business goals.Lead projects together with the Country Marketing Manager based on social media strategy.Collaborate on digital campaigns with creative ideas and manage community interactions on social media to maintain brand alignment.Support marketing with local events and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility internationally.Analyze organic social media campaign results and prepare monthly reports.You would be a great fit if you have:Fluency in English (Another European language is a plus).3 years of experience in social media marketing (good Figma knowledge of static content creation).Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across channels.Creative and passionate storyteller with a strong eye for design, visual communication, and aesthetics.Good written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines and to prioritize.Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
