JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tie up and maintain good relationships with the car and truck dealerships within the area.
Orient the client about our loan process and requirements.
Document collection from the client.
Pre-screening of the loan application.
Generate sales for collateral loans.
Recruitment of Loan Consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales, fieldwork, and recruiting salespeople.
Computer literate.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Flexible in adapting to a fast-changing environment.
Goal-oriented.
Customer service oriented.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:

8 hour shift.
Day shift.
Monday to Friday.

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary.
Commission pay.
Overtime pay.
Performance bonus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cadiz, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred).

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
Car Dealership: 1 year (Preferred).
Field Work: 1 year (Preferred).

Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred).
