Join us in shaping the future of dairy farming with our innovative solutions.Your Mission: Support channel partners and customers on farm, executing technical support mainly in CZ Republic robotic farms and as required in other EU regions.Train dealer technicians to become competent and certified in maintenance and support of the Synergy system.Job Description:The successful applicant for the position of Synergy system Technical Support will be required to:- Provide Tier 2 remote and onsite technical support within the CZ Republic area and from time-to-time other EU locations.- The position will require extensive travel.- Participate in Global Support team training and seminars overseas.Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to dealers and customers.- Provide remote and onsite support according to EU support manager.- Proactive monitoring on system performances.- Provide technical training and information updates to dealer technicians.- Cooperate with the dealers and sales team to maximize sales opportunities.- Support activity reporting in the CRM system.- Escalate to Tier 3 following the SLA defined by the HQ.- Provide technical support to customers outside of CZ Republic when needed.- Follow all HQ procedures and regulations.- Receive full responsibility for Synergy technical support within 6 months from start of onboarding.Required Expertise and Skills:- Robotics / Mechatronics technical support experience (at least 3 years practical experience).- IT Networking Windows environment (at least 3 years practical experience).- WIFI systems environment.- Customer service orientation.- Frontal and online training skills.- Highly disciplined, motivated, and able to self-manage one's time and tasks.- Dairy farm working environment - practical knowledge experience would be an advantage.- Languages: Czech Mother tongue, English very good verbal and writing/reading skills (all external communication is in English).Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding company.- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities.- Health insurance, retirement savings plans, and other benefits package offerings.If you meet the qualifications outlined above and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in agriculture, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Milking Robotic Technician.We look forward to hearing from you
