Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our brand's presence through effective influencer partnerships, ensuring our message resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand values. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for wellness and sustainability.About Us: At Pure Kaktai, we are on a mission to transform the beverage industry. We envision a world where every sip of a beverage can make a positive impact on both personal health and the planet. We are the first brand making organic cactus drinks, the prickly pear cactus is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, skin benefits, and natural electrolytes, all while being low in sugars. In addition, it grows in arid regions where other crops can’t grow, and doesn’t need irrigation or fertilisers. Utilising 80% less water than other crops, and capturing carbon from the atmosphere in areas that would otherwise be deserted. In addition, a portion of our profits go towards building wells in developing countries.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Pure Kaktai’s brand values and business goals.Influencer Identification: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand ethos and target audience.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managing communication and negotiations to secure impactful collaborations.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content that highlights the benefits of Pure Kaktai’s products.Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices to improve influencer marketing efforts continuously.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field within the wellness or FMCG sectors.Skills: Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.Attributes: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
