Ubicación: Málaga, Madrid, CantabriaModalidad: Híbrida, con viajes ocasionales al Reino Unido (máximo una vez por trimestre)Experiencia requerida: +3 añosIdiomas: Inglés avanzado (C1)Descripción del puesto:Buscamos un SAP Support Specialist para formar parte del equipo CEO Procurement Team que trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Santander UK. Este rol requiere de un perfil técnico-funcional para proporcionar soporte, realizar mantenimientos y optimizar el uso de SAP en los distintos procesos de negocio. El candidato ideal deberá poseer sólidos conocimientos en SAP, capacidades analíticas y una gran habilidad para resolver problemas de forma autónoma y en equipo.Responsabilidades clave:Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas en el sistema SAP, asegurando el funcionamiento óptimo del mismo.Realizar monitorización del sistema, ajuste de rendimiento y mantenimientos regulares, en coordinación con el equipo de SAP Basis para aplicar actualizaciones, parches y mejoras.Brindar soporte de primera línea a los usuarios finales en relación con consultas e incidencias de SAP.Asistir a los usuarios en el uso de las funcionalidades de SAP, proporcionando formación y asegurando que puedan aprovechar todas las capacidades del sistema.Desarrollar y mantener documentación de usuario y materiales de formación.Trabajar con usuarios de negocio para comprender sus necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones SAP.Configurar y personalizar módulos de SAP para apoyar los procesos de negocio.Colaborar en el diseño, prueba e implementación de mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades de SAP.Gestionar tickets de soporte, asegurando una resolución oportuna de las incidencias.Analizar problemas recurrentes y proponer acciones correctivas para evitar futuras incidencias.Trabajar de forma colaborativa con otros equipos de IT y consultores externos de SAP para resolver problemas complejos.Alinear las funcionalidades de SAP con las estrategias y objetivos de las unidades de negocio.Habilidades obligatorias (Mandatory Skills):Sólido entendimiento de la arquitectura y funcionalidades de SAP.Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y diagnóstico.Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonal.Experiencia previa en equipos de productos ágiles.Experiencia práctica con módulos de SAP como Ariba, AP, AR, GL, entre otros.Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.Nivel de inglés C1: habilidades avanzadas en comunicación escrita y verbal.Habilidades deseables (Nice to Have Skills):Certificación SAP será valorada positivamente.Cualidades personales:Actitud de trabajo en equipo.Energía, motivación y determinación.Enfoque pragmático y orientado a resultados.Adaptabilidad ante diversas responsabilidades técnicas.Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera productiva y eficiente.Lo que ofrecemos:Oportunidad de unirte a un equipo colaborativo, trabajando directamente con el Santander UK.Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y centrado en proyectos innovadores.Viajes ocasionales al Reino Unido (una vez por trimestre).Participación en un equipo ágil de productos con enfoque en la mejora continua y optimización de procesos.Si tienes más de 3 años de experiencia en soporte SAP, eres una persona resolutiva y te motiva el trabajo en equipo, te estamos buscando
