Your role is to identify client needs, build strong relationships, and close deals, all while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving e-commerce scale-up.ResponsibilitiesCommunicating with French clients via phone and email to identify their needsFollowing up on leads and generating new business opportunitiesQualifying prospects and converting them into long-term customersCollaborating with logistics, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboardingLogging client interactions and feedback to support process improvementsPromoting cross-selling and upselling to increase customer value and retentionBenefitsFull-time permanent contract in Valencia (onsite)39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (regular office hours)Fully paid training providedPaid breakfast and lunch every dayPrivate health insurance from day oneSpanish language classes and mindfulness sessionsFitness bootcamps and Friday evening drinksYoung and international team (mid-20s to 30s)QualificationsYou are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
