OverviewBuscamos incorporar un Senior Network & Security Engineer que actúe como máximo referente técnico del área de Networking. No se trata de un perfil con liderazgo de personas, sino técnico, con capacidad de formar, mentorar y elevar el nivel del equipo. El objetivo del puesto es dar el salto desde una operación basada en N1/N2 y proyectos, hacia una gestión madura del día a día de clientes mid-market alto con infraestructuras críticas, apoyándose en el stack completo de Fortinet. Visión a medio plazo del perfil hacia arquitectura y ciberseguridad.Formación en Ingeniería en Informática/Telecomunicaciones o Grado superior.• Amplia experiencia en redes enterprise:Routing avanzado (BGP, OSPF, VRF…)SwitchingSD-WAN• Inglés: nivel intermedio• Habilidades comunicativas, autonomía y orientación al cliente.• Disponibilidad para Viajar (~25%)• Requiere vehículo propioResponsibilities• Actuar como técnico N3 para clientes de servicios gestionados con infraestructura core y 24x7.• Ser el referente técnico en soluciones Fortinet dentro del equipo.• Gestionar de forma autónoma clientes grandes con stack Fortinet completo: Firewalls, switching, wireless, NAC, gestión centralizada.• Resolver incidencias complejas y escalados críticos fuera del alcance de N1/N2.• Definir estándares, procedimientos y buenas prácticas técnicas.• Supervisar y formar al equipo actual, con el objetivo de aumentar su autonomía y reducir la dependencia del N3 en el día a día.• Participar activamente en proyectos de diseño e implantación.• Colaborar en fases de preventa, aportando diseño técnico y criterio experto.• Evolucionar progresivamente hacia un rol de Arquitecto de soluciones Fortinet, impulsando no solo la parte de networking sino también la de ciberseguridad.Conocimientos y experiencia Fortinet• Amplia experiencia en el portfolio core de Fortinet:FortiGateFortiManager / FortiAnalyzerFortiSwitchFortiAPFortiNAC• Deseable conocimientos en:FortiPAMFortiSASE/ ZTNAValorable certificaciones Fortinet (NSE 4/5/6/7 o superiores)• Capacidad para asumir la gestión del día a día de un cliente grande desde el primer momento, sin curva de aprendizaje relevante.• Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo en tecnologías emergentes y nuevas soluciones de ciberseguridad.Características de la posiciónCapacidad de aprendizaje continuo en tecnologías emergentes y nuevas soluciones de ciberseguridad.Inglés: nivel intermedioHabilidades comunicativas, autonomía y orientación al cliente.Disponibilidad para viajar (~25%)Requiere vehículo propioVentajasModalidad: HíbridoUbicación: Barcelona.Salario: 45.000 € – 50.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
